Major nutrients requirement for plants to grow well
From Air:
From air plants get Hydrogen(H), Oxygen (O2) and Carbon (C). Carbon is extracted from CO2.
From Soil:
NPK – Nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) are the main nutrients required by plants to grow healthy. Apart from this plants also need other nutrients such as calcium, magnesium and sulfur to grow.
Plants also need very small quantities of iron, zinc, copper, manganese, boron and molybdenum which are commonly known as trace elements.
