Topiary: Provide wings to your imaginations
This is a wonderful gardening art where plants are trained (pruned) in the form of some predefined shape with the help of strong structure. Normally perennial plants which are good foliage and small leaves are best suitable for making Topiary.
Topiary can be as simple as in the shape of an arch or ball or as complex as a storytelling scenario. There are multiple gardens across the word where Topiaries are the main attraction.
The Samban-Lei Sekpil in Manipur, India, has the world’s tallest Topiary. This measures around 61 ft and is made from Duranta erecta plant.
